I designed and developed a first-of-its-kind mobile quiz app (study resource) for Jet based Cabin Crew using Microsoft PowerApps; which resulted in 1000 users in first 3 months of deployment.

I worked closely with the supervisors of the Airport Ground Staff to create this modules which details the best way to deal with unruly Customers. It includes video scenarios, job aid guides and quiz questions.
